Como sugerencia general, lo mas importante es deshacerte del desorden. Uno de los contribuyentes a una apariencia desordenada en tener demasiados muebles. No debe de ser una reducción drástica, pero eche un vistazo a los muebles que pueden ser prescindibles. La vivienda parecerá más grande. 

The most important thing you can do to prepare your home for sale is to get rid of clutter. One of the major contributors to a cluttered look is having too much furniture. You don't have to whittle that drastically, but take a hard look at what you have and ask yourself what you can live without. The house will look bigger.

Por otro lado, haz una limpieza profunda para que todo este impecable y arregla los desperfectos. Guarda tus objetos personales para que no estén a al vista, añade plantas alrededor de la casa y espejos para dar amplitud. Cambia las cortinas por unas que sean más claras o procura tenerlas abiertas para que entre la mayor luz natural posible. Coloca lamparas en las zonas más oscuras de la vivienda. 

On the other hand, do a deep cleaning so that everything is impeccable and fix the damage. Put away your personal items, add plants around the house and mirrors to look bigger. Change the curtains for ones that are more clear or try to have them open to let in as much natural light as possible. Bring light into dark areas with lamps.  

ENTRADA | ENTRANCE HALL

Es lo primero que ve el comprador al entrar a la vivienda, por lo que es muy importante que transmita buena impresión.  Guarda todos los zapatos o abrigos para que no estén a la vista y agrega un nuevo felpudo de bienvenida.

It is the first thing that the buyer sees when entering the house, so it is very important a good impression. Pack away any shoes or coats and add a new welcome mat. 

SALÓN | LIVING ROOM

Retire los muebles que sean innecesarios, esconde o coloca todos los cables que estén a la vista, guarda las revistas viejas y coloca un buen libro en la mesa del café.

Remove unnecessary furniture, remove or tuck all cords and wires, store away old magazines and add a nice coffee table book. 

DORMITORIOS | BEDROOMS

Elimina la TV o cualquier otro aparato de entretenimiento, coloca ropa de cama blanca, en el armario agrupa la ropa y procura que todas las perchas sean iguales. 

Remove TV or any other entertainment items, add fresh white textured linens on beds, hang clothes in groups and use all the same hangers. 

COCINA | KITCHEN

Retira la mayoría de los objetos de la encimera, coloca un bowl de fruta para añadir color, pinta los armarios que lo necesiten y reemplaza los viejos tiradores.

Remove most items on counters, add bowl of fruit to add color, stain or paint dated cabinets and replace old knobs and hardware. 

BAÑO | BATHROOM

Guarda los cepillos de dientes y todos los artículos del tocador, usa cestos o cajas para guardas todos los accesorios, cuelga nuevas toallas blancas, arregla las imperfecciones y la suciedad de la ducha y guarda el cubo de basura.

Put away toothbrushes and all toiletry items, use baskets or boxes to keep all accessories, hang new white towels, apply new caulking around bathroom and put away wastebaskets.
