Sin la configuración adecuada, es muy fácil distraerse y relajarse con una cocina y TV cerca. Aquí os muestro algunas maneras fáciles para crear un ambiente de oficina en casa que te ayudará a mantenerte centrado y productivo.

Without the proper set up in place, it's fairly easy to get distracted and slack off with a kitchen and the TV close by. Here are some easy ways to create a home office environment that helps you stay focused and productive.

ILUMINACION NATURAL | NATURAL LIGHTING

La iluminación puede tener influencia en la comodidad de tu espacio de trabajo. Evita la iluminación con fluorescentes ya que puede causar somnolencia. La iluminación natural es la mejor apuesta para un día lleno de productividad.

Lighting can be a mayor influence in the comfort of your work space. Avoid fluorescent lighting as it can cause drowsiness. Natural lighting is your best bet for a full day of productivity.

CONTROLA LA TEMPERATURA | CONTROL TEMPERATURE

Una habitación excesivamente caliente puede producir somnolencia. Una habitación demasiada fría puede ser una distracción y puede aumentar los errores en la escritura.

An overly warm room makes you sleepy. An overly cold room can be distracting and increase typing errors.

ELIGE COLORES ADECUADOS | CHOOSE COLORS WISELY
